The 2009 picnic!

Date: June 20, 2009
Venue: Pihls Park; Wells, MN
Activities: Corgi Play Arena, Games, and Auction.

Schedule of Events:
10-12 Corgi Playtime
12-1 Lunch! Bring your favorite food for the potluck!
1-2:30 Games/Corgi Playtime
2:30-3 Prizes/Awards
3-4 Auction bidding ends/ Corgi Playtime

The silent auction will run all day.

Directions to the site: The park is west of I-35 on I-90 exit 138.

Directions from the East:
Exit 138 on I-90; turn left over bridge; go to stop sign; go straight on gravel road 570thAve/ Country rd 118 to park. Turn right into park.

Directions from the West:
Exit 138 -I-90; turn right; go to stop sign; go straight on gravel rd 570th Ave /.county rd 118 to park. Turn right into park.

Actually, I would like someone to plan games, food, or the awards. I can give you information if you are interested. You can do it from wherever. What part of the state are you from?

All dogs are invited to come to the picnic. We don't discriminate on breed! Just so you know, the corgis tend to chase the different dogs! :)

Can someone let me know if we can bring other dogs? I have a shitzu as well and I can't leave her home by herself

Welcome to the club, Sarah. The picnic is yearly on the third weekend in June. We always love new faces at the picnic!

This sounds like a lot of fun... If it's yearly, you can expect to see me next year. I've always wanted to attend one of these! Maybe by the time June rolls around I'll have another fuzzbaby to bring, too.. :)
