hanna used to nip so bad that my calves have perminate scares on them!
Crystin 8 months old nipped me so bad in the nose that it bled for an hour, I don't know if the nipping got any better, but I sure don't stick my nose any where near her!

Rollie nips my hands, nose, chin, neck. He's only 10 weeks so I'm not so worried about it. It helps to have something else to put in his mouth. So far a compressed rawhide "bone" works best.

ein's a total nipper but he is getting better :) we make him focus his nipping on toys instead of our hands.

Hello all, I'm Jerry and yes, I am a nipper. I especially love trying to bite the little bows off of mommy's slippers as she walks!

Bo, is very nippy. I always heard it was the herding instinct in corgi's. If I am giving him his "mommy time" he will growl and nip at the kids to stay away! He sounds very fierce and scares most new people, but I can put my hand in his mouth and he will not bite down. From the time we got him at 7weeks old, I made him take treats gently and to keep the nipping down, we have done several things: Say NO BITING! while holding your hand in his mouth holding the lower jaw, holding his mouth shut, putting him in his crate when he gets carried away. He is 20 months old and still slips, but everyone in the house has to prove they are the boss to a corgi, even the little kids. It was hard for my son, because he didn't want to me "mean". But if you don't they will take over! As he gets older, he gets to be a better dog every day.
