It has been illegal in Australia for a while to dock tails.

My breeder doesn't like corgi's with full tails, but lukily there were 2 pups with tails.

My Dad has a corgi with a tail and she was a beautiful dog

Hooray for undocked Pems! I saw Wendulik's post in another forum about European treatment of undocked Pems, and I was thrilled! We realized we wanted to keep our Pem's tail from being docked the moment we met Milo, my boyfriend's aunt's Pembroke (he was a runt and wasn't well enough to have his tail docked as a pup).So we got in touch with a breeder first and "special ordered" Pepper. We picked her out at 12 hours old, and I honestly think she's the prettiest of her litter if only for that cute little tail! So it's good to hear more of us are making Corgi lovers aware that they're not born with out tails! I'm excited to get to know you all!

It's illegal to dock tha tail in most of Europe. It's still legal in our country, but new laws are being prepared, so my breeder kept the tails of the pups. Our Risa has a nice tail, although he doesn't wag it too much at me :)

Did you guys see the recent post in the main forum? It's now illegal to dock tails in South Africa.

Hi! I am excited to see a group for undocked pems! When we started looking for a corgi, I had no idea they were born with such lovely tails and then I met my Sidney. I am a proud mom to an undocked Pembroke and I love it! He gets lots of attention and sometimes corgi people think he is a funny-looking Cardigan! It seems there are lots of people out there who think like I once did: that Pembrokes are just born that way. Sidney is a great ambassador for the undocked look!
Someday we will add another corgi to our family and I hope and pray we will be able to find another undocked Pem.
