I'm so sorry for your loss, I know how it feels to lose an animal so close to you, just had to have my Buster put to sleep in December. You never forget them and they hold a huge place in your heart! Best of luck with Simon and the others, the bel...
I have to agree with some of the others... a professional groomer might do the trick. I know my mom has to give her pug a pill before taking her to the vet for a TNT, but you said your vet tells you pills arent good or dont work well for corgis......
I would come home when Ludo was a puppy and he was nowhere to be found... After calling and calling for about 10 minutes I would be so worried I was almost ready to cry. Then I remembered my cats liked to hide under the kitchen counter in the cabi...
Ludo likes to push his blanket up over his food and water dishes. Everytime I feed him... its like a ritual, but its so funny to watch. Whats amazing is that he never spills his food or water! lol, gotta love our babies huh? :)
Ya know.. I forget her name but she has a website. Www.buckeyecorgi.com I got winston actually from her friend who breeds corgis but I went through her to get winston.. I told her I had about $250 and I think her corgis are a little bit higher priced so that's why she gave me one of her friends but she has a very informal website... also if you're thinking about adopting from a shelter I suggest going to petfinder.com and you just type in your zipcode and what type of pet you're looking for and they'll find corgis of all ages in shelters in or around your area.
LOL...How do I do it?? Hmmm...I'm addicted and I love to do it. They are all great girls and boys. The hardest part is cleaning. With the dogs and then my kids..it can get tedious but its worth it. Its really not as bad as one would think. I just have to do alot of grooming!!! Anyone need a down coat for winter? hehe

About My Corgi(s):
My corgi is young, a little over a year old. I just had to have his older "brother" put to sleep in December, he was 16 and just wasnt doing well... Ludo has been a life saver through the whole thing, he misses his brother but is always there for me when I come home, amazingly loving and supportive. He's so funny to watch, gets along well with my 2 cats. He's a wonderful dog, couldnt ask for a better friend!
