We have a similar issue with Joey. He will lay on his side begging for affection, when we start to scratch he snaps like we're going to hurt him. We try to hug him sometimes and he snaps if we get too close. The best we can figure is that Corgis h...
You can be a good trainer by watching the Dog Whisperer. I wouldn't waste my time or money on a trainer. The Dog Whisperer shows our relationship to our dogs shapes their behavior. Joey was acting up bad couple weeks ago when we turned to the Dog ...
A 9-month old will typically look a bit lanky and gawky (he might not have grown into his ears, say, or his back may look a bit long). However, he should not look overtly thin.
You ought to be able to feel ribs with gentle pressure, but should no...

Tallulah is 9 months old and around 22 pounds. She gets 1/4 cup in the morning and 1/2 cup for lunch and another 1/4 cup for dinner and she also gets treats. She loves frozen bananas too!
He loved to jump from the bed on and off, the sofa and in and out of the truck. It was finally to much for his back. And like most corgi's he LOVED food and was on a weight controlled diet because he was straining his back with his extra weight. He is doing much better these days, his hair has almost complete grown back and he is much thinner these days. He just isnt suppose to jump anymore - but dont tell him that. Thanks for asking.....
