Thank you so much -
Bear reminds me of my first Corgi-cross - my first husband had given him to me, and when I left him, my dog went everywhere with me, I didn't want the ex to get nasty and take my dog!

Profile Information

Hometown:
Arlington, Tx
About Me:
We are a young couple in our fiftys. Our two legged kids are out on thier own so we devote most of our free time to our four legged ones. We have three, a Great Dane (Joni Bell) a Collie Lab mix (Ollie Ann) and our Corgi Fence Climber mix, (BEAR). We are contractors with United Van Lines and travel all over the U.S.A.. Although, we leave the girls home with the house/dog sitter, Bear never leaves our side.
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
No
About My Corgi(s):
We rescued Bear from death row at our local dog pound and we both truly believe that he knows it. He is the most loyal dog either of us have ever known and almost always does everything he is told to do. Although, if he does not want to do as he is told he becomes stiff and moves very slow. We call it the robot walk.

Last year Petsmart had a photograph of a Corgi on the cover of it's calender that looked just like Bear and it is our wish to find the owner of the Cover Dog and and hopefully get some mix information.
I have:

Bear's Halloween Portrait.

I just finished doing Bear's Halloween portrait and thought that I would share. Tammey likes another one better (it shows the costume better) but I like this one. I'll add some others to his photo page latter if anyone cares to look.

It's Time To Play WHERE"S BEAR again!

Every time I post one of these I think "Hmmmm! Too easy!" But because I am stuck here at home (The Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas area.) I was thinking that there just aren't that many places that I can take Bear on a Sunday morning that Corgi people from all over the world will recognize and then "Boom" just l… Continue

WHERES BEAR TWO

Ok, I think this one is just too easy. One of you rockers is going to get this one right off! But if not, here is your hint: Those are not real glasses that Bear is posing with but rather an over-sized replica of a pair found in a snow covered Iowa field at the end of the Winter Dance Party in 1959 and not… Continue

Where's Bear

Does anyone want to play "Where's Bear"? Here is a good hint. If you look at the latest three photographs that I added you will see where we left from yesterday. This should be easy for you sports fans.

A Corgi Friendly Castle in Homestead Florida

Bear, Tammey, and I returned from a trip to Florida a couple of weeks ago and I have finally found the time to share a great experience with our Corgi friends. (I hope that none of my Texas Friends will make much to do about the fact that the Shiner Brewery Blog was posted the da… Continue
