So much energy!

It has been a while since I have made a blog post about our little bundle of energy, Buddy. He is about 17 weeks old now and he has proven to be rather difficult the past couple weeks. We were originally advised by our trainer to keep him on a leash at all times, due to potty accidents and to keep him under our control. What to do when it snows...

So our puppy is about 11 weeks old now. He is doing great for the most part, and he is really starting to enjoy and depend on his daily walks. We live in a townhouse style neighborhood, and we got a decent amount of snow over the weekend. Buddy loves the snow! We let him off the leash in our backyard, and he went crazy! Having some issues with behavior (biting mainly)

Hello everyone,

Normally you see my better 1/2 posting (Rebecca), but I (Kevin) am posting today to address an issue we are having with our 10 week old Pembroke "Buddy".

I am blessed to be able to work from home most of the time, so I have been able to take an active part in his life right now. I have him going outside every 2 hours for a pee break. Followed by about 20-30 min of company and then I crate him for another 90-120 min until its time to go again.

Puppy's First Vet Visit

We took our boy to the vet last night for his first puppy exam with us (the breeder took him for his first shots at 8wks). And all good reports (for the most part)! He weighed in at a hefty 7.15lbs! I can't wait until we are able to take him out and walk him, he has so much pent up energy! We do our best to excercise him properly around the house and in the yard, but nothing beats going for a long walk.
