The Day Has Come

Finally the day has came and gone. The surgery went great, I was groggy the first two days but now I feel great. Mom gives me my pain pills when I start to feel bad and boy do they work. I am not allowed to do much this first week but thankfully the week is flying by. I will get my stitches out on June 1st, boy I can't wait. Whew! No more worries about having puppies. I now get to sport this cute little 2 inch scar where I have been spayed. Good luck to all others who are waiting to be neutered.

My mom scheduled the Appt!!! I will be getting spayed May 18, 2009. I'm excited but nervous, ya'll wish me luck!!!

First Camping Trip

I got to go on my first camping trip this weekend. We went to Lake Corpus Christi Texas State Park. There was a huge lake that I got to go swimming with my 2 brothers and the kids. I had an awsome time in the water. After swimming we went on a hike through the woods and I saw a rabbit and a deer. My brother Rocky wanted to chase it (he's a Siberian Husky). About Me:: As a child, I have always wanted to be a Veterinarian. I am currently earning my degree in Biology. I am the wife of a sailor and a mother of three. I am also a Navy veteran. I love all animals and have rescued two dogs named Dillon and Rocky. I also rescued numerous cats and helped them find new homes. I bought a PWC puppy from a breeder and her name is Andi. We had her for about a year now and we love her and the breed.

Welsh Corgi Breeder?: No

About My Corgi(s):: Our first PWC was named Daisy she was a sable and white female. We never heard of a PWC before her. As soon as we figured out the breed she was stolen from us. She was only seven months old. It would be about five years before we would attempt to buy another PWC. Our second PWC is named Andi and she is a very deep red and white. She will be one year old 26 May 2009. She is a very smart dog. She listens intently to every command. She loves to play at the playground with the kids. She runs up the steps and slides down the slides. She knows how to sit, stay, down, roll over, and she seems to know exactly what I want her to do. She is the perfect color and has the perfect personality. I could not have dreamed up a better dog.
