I am a social worker at a Partial Hospital for children and adolescents with mental illness. I have a partner, Jackie who is also a member. She is a clinical social worker.
About My Corgi(s):
Chapin and Cagney are tri-colored females. cagney is 2 years old, we got her from a rescue 6 weeks ago. We got Chapin 1 week ago from breeder in California. I lost my Corgi of 8 years in March to kidney failure. Having Chapin and Cagney in our family has been very healing for me.

I am so sorry you lost your baby! Its not fair at the age of 8. That is what Riley is and Corgi's are supposed to live so much longer. You just never know. He is starting to kind of limp because a tumor has grown on his leg. I think the time is coming soon for him to leave us and go to doggie heaven, I dont want to be selfish and keep him here in pain but it is so hard.

Yours are so cute too! I have never heard of mini-Corgies!
Well, mine acts like one escaping from tiny holes and acting more like a cat but she weighs 24 pounds (11 kg)

I read your post about grapes... Are they really that dangerous cause i give my dogs grapes all the time but I'll definetly stop and look into that more i don't want them to get sick,

Welcome Becky and gang. Your two girls are beautiful. I am sorry to hear about the loss of your 8 year old to kidney failure. I know how hard it is. I lost my Basil at five years at the hands of a trapper. These little guys can steal your heart.
