I live in Livermore, but got my Lola on NextDayPets.com (before knowing how bad that could be!!) so I don't have any reviews on the breeders... good luck & let me know what you find. We're going to be looking for another Corgi soon!

I have a WONDERFUL AMAZING breeder in Bakersfield. She may be a little far for you, I live in So Cal and its a little bit of a drive, but SOOOO worth it. Check out her webiste. She just had 2 litters of puppes and has a dame ready to go into heat any day now.
