8 AM because Corgis do best at that hour of the morning. It is essential to be early in warm weather (i.e. most of the time in So. Cal) so that they do not get overheated. Besides, you don't end up killing the rest of your day that way. Get out of bed! Go to the dog park!

thanks for the heads up about the redondo beach meetup! 8am is a little early for us (esp on a saturday morning), but we'll try to swing by one of these days. maybe if theres enough interest, we can start a LA meetup... even santa monica is closer than redondo!
