Duchess and I will be there. Looking forward to seeing Uno, Tiffany and of course Cooper. For the last month I haven't been able to use this website and couldn't get past the opening page. Today is a break thru. Hope it lasts. June

Far as I know there is a possibility of rain but we are hoping for the best. Pat is responsible for weather in our group. He usually comes thru with fair weather. If we do postpone the picnic, it will have to be the 25th.

Definitely the event is open to all corgis and kin. As long as all the dogs behave properly. We have two "honorary Corgis" that are Bassett Hounds. They fit right in and compliment the corgi height and level of play. But corgis are generally comfo...

Juanita, I am sorry I got your name wrong on the last reply. Worchester is a long drive but if you get on route 495 and off at route 125 in Plaistow Nh it is fairly direct. If you can't find directions on Mapquest, I will try to help you. June

Miranda, the date is Oct 18th with Oct 25th as a raindate. We have always made our meet ups on a Sunday. We would love to see your there. Try to "google" Kingston State Park and you should get good directions. This website shows a map to the Kings...

Jane replied to Brody's discussion 'meet up in NH' in the group New England Corgis
I would love to meet but this Sunday may not be the best time for me. I can't promise to be there. If you can wait until the 18 nth we should be having a picnic at Kingston State Park, Kingston NH. this park is realatively safe but not fenced. The...

We won't be coming to this one... because we're getting our new corgi puppy tonight! Hope to catch up with you again once he's all vaccinated and a little socialized.

I'm hopeful to attend and invited a friend w/a corgi to come as well. Porter and Daisy play really well together, so hopefully that will get him in the play mode. Am working on husband for a corgi puppy... cross your fingers for me! :)

Did Sherie post the pictures from the meet up anywhere? Peter and I had a lovely time. Porter was more reserved than I hoped, but loved the ride to and from the dog park. Oh well, you just have to try these things now and again!

Best,
Susanne

Darn! I have tickets to a matinee on Sunday. My email is selarkham@msn.com.

I don't think I have any pictures of Storm Trys'l. I was going through a divorce at the time and Julia/Judy kept Boxcar for me since I initially moved in w/friends. I told her if she came into season while she was there that she should feel free to breed her. Would you believe she went into season 2 days after i dropped her off, was bred Trys'l, gestated for the 63 days, whelped the puppies for 6 weeks, and by the time she was ready to wean the puppies, I had found my own place that allowed me to have her back! He was a gorgeous tri, but the puppies were all red & white.

I'll look through my old pics, but I don't even think I have a picture of what would be her last litter.

Your dutchess definitely looks like a Storm Trys'l! My Boxcar was bred to him for the last litter she whelped Dec '97/Jan '98.

Did you have a great time in Rye? I'm sorry I missed it! (Especially when we weren't doing anything). I try to check in about once a month, but I guess it had been awhile. I'll keep May in Mind in Saugus!

Hi I am a new member and noticed you are not to far. I am from Ipswich, Ma. I would be interested in any large play groups once the weather gets nice! Duchess is pretty :)

"Ambrosius" is actually the name of a Old English Sheepdog muppet in the movie The Labrinth. I made it Brian's middle name as a bit of tribute to two of my college roommates b/c we watched the movie together and we thought the Ambrosius character was hilarious, hence the name!
