Thanks for the invite, weekends are the best. Hopefully we will be able to make it.
thanks so much for the invite I wish Oscar and I could make it but I have other plans for that day. I can't wait for the next chance though!!
I am looking forward to this Sat. - Radar will love it!
It's hard to know how many will show - I believe we have at least 8 committed corgis (Radar, your 3, Jean's 2 from Lilac Ln. and the 2 from East Prov.)
I also thing we may get a couple of the people to show up that have the info but never committed (Holly from Ports., Owen from Equine Conn., Bagel from Sandy Pt. and the Bank's one from Ports.) I hope the weather holds out - but the dogs sure won't notice the cold.
See ya! and call Friday if you want to take them out.

Thanks for the info - I went there this morning and dropped off a little printout/invite to our corgi event. The woman there was very nice and she said she thought that the owner of 6 mo. old "Owen" would likely be interested - she also told me that Owen's mom was the owner of Sandy Pt. stables - so I went there and dropped of an invite too!
p.s. you can see them both at the Sandy Pt. website:

scroll to the very bottom of the page and there are a few you-tube videos.
I was out with Radar yesterday and a woman came up to me with her kid to pet the dog and she told me that she just met a 6 mo. old corgi owned by the owner of the Equestrian shop - I asked her if it was the one in Ports. and she said yes. I thought that there was a shop like that on E. Main in the Almay plaza near Fieldstones - so I pulled in there today hoping to invite this corgi to our meet, but there is no longer an equestrian store there. Nor is there any listed in the phone book. Do you know of any horse store anywhere on Aquidneck Island?
Nice to see your corgis are also for McCain - too bad they can't vote (McCain could use 3 more votes!)
